Welcome

The Michigan Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (MACES) seeks to advance counselor education and supervision to improve counseling and personnel services within and outside the profession. Members are persons in leadership positions: school and college guidance directors and coordinators, supervisors of counseling centers or community guidance service agencies, state & intermediate district supervisors or assistants to supervisors, and counselor educators. MACES publishes a newsletter and encourages members to contribute their writings.

MACES CLINICAL SUPERVISION TRAINING INSTITUTE - Our next training has been canceled due to low enrollment.  Please check back for future training times.  Please click on the MACES Supervision Training Institute page for more detailed information on this training. This training meets the  Michigan Administrative Rule guidelines for new supervisors which goes into effect 1/1/13. You can view  Administrative Rule R 338.1757 here.

 Attendees will receive 30 hours of training   The training cost is $1200 with a $85 discount for MCA members.   The majority of funds will benefit MACES and MCA to support lobbying efforts on behalf of all counselors.
